Sumario: | Education was one of the main topics addressed by the presidential candidates during 2019 electoral campaign, through clearly different diagnoses, from which very diverse proposals were derived, built from dissimilar technical and political logics. Concerning inclusion, a limited treatment was given to the matter, from different perspectives. Despite the significant distances between the approaches of the Frente Amplio, on the one hand, and of the opposition political parties (Colorado, Nacional and Cabildo Abierto), on the other, in the aftermath of elections it is necessary to reach at least a general agreement to face the multiple problems in this field, assuming that the advances made in these last 15 years, as well as the pending subjects, must be part of the same diagnosis, which implies avoiding the easy way of non-conformism that leads nowhere and the sterile technocratic postures. |
