Los seres humanos son complejos, de naturaleza sociable, inmersos en un sinnúmero de relaciones que se encuentran estrechamente relacionadas y directamente influenciables entre sí; al igual las organizaciones hacen parte de un engranaje que va desde el ámbito local, hasta el internacional, donde cada uno de los individuos influirán positiva o negativamente en el desarrollo de las mismas, dependiendo de sus motivaciones o desmotivaciones, y el grado del logro de su satisfacción personal afectará definitivamente toda esa sinergia, por tanto la deserción de los empleados en las organizaciones generan traumatismos para las mismas siendo necesario identificar los factores motivacionales que influyen en la toma de decisiones de los empleados al momento de su ausentismo, y partiendo de la casuística, se hace un análisis comparativo entre las organizaciones públicas y privadas presentando una sugerencia para incorporación con el fin de mitigar esta problemática, en este punto está la clave del éxito.
