Sumario:Humans are complex, sociable in nature, immersed in a number of relationships that are closely related and directly influenced by each other; as well as the organizations are part of a gear that goes from the local to the international, where each individual will influence positively or negatively in the development of the same, depending on their motivations or demotivation, and the degree of achievement of their personal satisfaction will definitely affect all this synergy, therefore the desertion of employees in organizations generate injuries for them being necessary to identify the motivational factors that influence the decision making of employees at the time of their absenteeism, and starting from the casuistry, a comparative analysis is made between public and private organizations presenting a suggestion for incorporation in order to mitigate this problem, at this point is the key to success.
