Sumario:Coexistence in school is a process characterized by a strong communicative rapport between the members belonging to an educational community, which looks for the development and building of spaces where there is trust and consensus. However, we cannot be out of conflict as long as people think differently. This research focus on coexistence in educational institutions, and how emerging conflicts can be addressed through educational strategies. Teaching strategies such as mediation, negotiation, and arbitration are mechanisms for managing conflicts in schools that help to establish a healthy student life. For this purpose, a careful literature review is undertaken.
