El presente artículo se centra en el diseño e implementación de una metodología para la evaluación de la efectividad de los procesos estratégicos en una empresa de servicios públicos, en la cual se tienen en cuenta factores operativos y administrativos; mediante la incorporación de herramientas cuantitativas de análisis multicriterio y análisis de procesos, se elabora un modelo cuantitativo innovador con resultados confiables para mejorar la gestión de los procesos, de manera que se incremente el nivel de satisfacción del usuario, aumentando la rentabilidad de la empresa y ajustando procesos de manera eficiente a los requerimientos del sistema de calidad en la gestión pública.
