Este artículo de reflexión teórica se propone demostrar la capacidad del pensamiento bajtiniano para estudiar la novela del conflicto armado colombiano y las interacciones que tienen lugar en el aula cuando se lee esta clase de obras literarias. Metodológicamente, hace una revisión de los textos publicados a nombre del autor con el fin de reunir e interpretar algunas de sus nociones. Como resultado del proceso realiza una descripción detallada de las categorías teóricas seleccionadas a la vez que reflexiona sobre su pertinencia en relación con el problema en cuestión.
