Este artículo pretende problematizar si el Sistema de Garantía de Derechos de los Niños y de los Adolescentes funciona como una estrategia biopolítica, ya que en él actúan de manera concentrada agentes de varias procedencias (entes públicos de varias instancias y niveles, sociedad civil), con vistas a fomentar la vida y a suprimir en ella aquello que se considera peligroso. Para eso, se utilizarán los conceptos de biopolítica trabajados por Foucault y Pelbart, a fin de compararlos con la legislación que rige el Sistema de Garantía y con el modo como este sistema actúa específicamente en la ciudad de Itaobim / MG. O presente artigo pretende problematizar se o Sistema de Garantia de Direitos das Crianças e dos Adolescentes(SGD) funciona como uma estratégia biopolítica, uma vez que nele atuam de maneira concentrada agentes de várias proveniências (entes públicos de várias instâncias e níveis, sociedade civil), com vistas a incentivar a vida e a suprimir nela aquilo que é considerado perigoso.
