Si bien es cierto que aún son necesarios algunos cambios de la legislación laboral peruana para adecuarla a las necesidades económicas y sociales del país, también es cierto que últimamente se ha avanzado en este sentido. Nuestras normas constitucionales son suficientemente flexibles como para admitir tales modificaciones, incluso cuando ellas puedan implicar un cambio de estructura misma de algunos de los derechos laborales.
