description The objective of this paper is to present “globalization’s” socio- historical nature as a new stage of world capitalism. “Globalization” possesses, as its main structural dimensions, the commercial, the productive and the financial ones. Due to the fact that it comes from the logic that is intrinsic to capital, “globalization” increases the capital’s perverse impacts over labour, both in the labour regulation system and in the labour market structure.

Due to the fact that it comes from the logic that is intrinsic to capital, “globalization” increases the capital’s perverse impacts over labour, both in the labour regulation system and in the labour market structure.
