Elegimos recorrer algunos ejes de las obras de ambos autores, planteando en cada uno hipótesis de ruptura o de continuidad. Primero, la forma en que definen el problema de la acción y cómo esta se genera. Segundo, los espacios en los que se desarrolla la acción y de qué manera la condicionan. Y por último, cómo tratan el problema de la ética política y la dimensión axiológica del trabajo del sociólogo.
