The general results highlight: (a) territory master degrees respond to local education demands, and have a strong link to its with local context; (b) among the graduates, capacities stand the interdisciplinary and cognitive skills; (c) the transformation from individual to collective capabilities is conditioned by exogenous factors, however the case studies shows that this process always depends on the local resources in which they were developed.…”
