From the Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition, it is expected to elucidate on the existence (or not) of wage discrimination, taking into account the grouping of boys and girls between 5 to 17 years old, where the payments are lower and the differences in the level of education in Colombia for the period 2012-2016.…”
