The main goal of the contract with the City was to conduct an investigation and document Urdaneta Canton’s cultural heritage to promote local development through a sustainable management model, strengthen the institutional framework, and generate the guidelines and instruments to preserve, maintain and disseminate the cultural heritage of the Urdaneta canton.…”
