Marco teórico: la teoría de la prevención comunitaria del delito como síntesis de la prevención situacional y ambiental, y como efecto de la estadística delictiva que permite proyectar programas de acción. La prevención comunitaria está necesariamente vinculada con la gobernanza y, dada la interacción exigida por la gobernanza entre autoridades y ciudadanos, sus alcances son transversales. Marco referencial: la Estrategia Nacional Digital mexicana que visualiza la prevención con auxilio las redes sociales cibernéticas y las plataformas electrónicas.
