The aggregation of these rules give birth to the securonormativity, an urban sociability marked for the surveillance and fear that can be considered as a contradiction of contemporary urbanization. The article describes and analyzes the surveillance exercised and received for individuals in different scenarios of interaction. It explores the securonormativity in Bogota, Colombia, but the tools and findings are useful to study the others contexts, especially, the Global South cities. The main theoretical and methodological tools come from time-geography, Bruno Latour and Judith Butler. The primary data were collected with a tool we called “clocks of everyday spatial practices”. |

En ciudades con diversas fuentes de inseguridad y miedo se han establecido múltiples reglas informales destinadas a la protección y la vigilancia. Se trata de regulaciones que configuran prácticas espaciales cotidianas, posturas corporales, expresiones verbales, el uso de los objetos y las relaciones de género en la ciudad que nos permiten hablar de una sociabilidad urbana marcada por la securonormatividad. Introducimos el concepto de securonormatividad para referirnos a la forma que adoptan las interacciones sociales en una ciudad con diversas fuentes de inseguridad urbana y también como una importante contradicción de la urbanización contemporánea. El objetivo es detallar y analizar las prácticas de seguridad observando la vigilancia ejercida y recibida por las personas en diferentes escenarios y sus efectos sobre las interacciones cotidianas. Exploramos la securonormatividad en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia, pero sus hallazgos y herramientas pueden ser útiles para la caracterización de la sociabilidad en el contexto de auge securitario de otras ciudades, especialmente, en el Sur Global. Las principales herramientas teórico-metodológicas provienen de la time-geography, Bruno Latour y Judith Butler. Los datos primarios fueron levantados con una herramienta que hemos llamado “relojes de prácticas espaciales cotidianas”.
