Sumario:The correlation between period of full bloom and mean ripening date the most cultivate apple varieties of Mendoza (República Argentina) has been studied. The result proved the existence of a negative linear correlation between the two faces studied. In those years in which the bloom season is delayed, the fruit ripening date is anticipated. The application of the linear regretion formula allows a fairly accurate knowledge of the ripening date, knowing that of the blooming.
