Sumario:The origin of modem totalitarísiQS CAN be found in the “Discourses to the Germán Nation", (1807); as long as Johann G. Fichte set up there the first "ideology" about the superior people and the State it deserved. Connection between this totalitarian conception of the State and the popular education is analyzed in order to show why german idealism carne one step backwards compared to Kant’s political thouhgt.
