Sumario:Technology has allowed for advances in medicine by supplying better treatments and surgical procedures, by making them less invasive and trauma-prone, and by improving techniques for patients as well as in laboratories. Technological advances have improved patients’ quality of life directly by reducing recovery and diagnosis times and lowering medical assistance costs for the general public. Artificial intelligence, combined with the use of robotics, has allowed for improving decision-making in the medical field. Expert systems allow for easier data collection and making decisions with greater confidence based on work algorithms and quicker diagnosis.
