The textual body takes care as a whole of the implications of the critical though in the development of the academic processes and in the formation of a investigation attitude in the university context. Key Words: Critical Though, Reflection, Investigation Formation, Academic Context, Rational Deliberation, University El propósito de este texto es suscitar una reflexión crítica en torno al sentido y ejercicio del pensamiento crítico en el contexto académico de la universidad, específicamente en el proceso de formación de la actitud investigativa.La perspectiva teórica sitúa a la universidad desde un espacio legítimo de reflexión, de deliberación y de puesta en escena de la crítica como posibilitadora y mediadora de la confrontación dialógico-epistémica, y de la puesta en práctica de los niveles superiores del pensamiento en la dinámica de la producción investigativa; así como también del lugar y compromiso que le concierne a la universidad, desde su misión educativa, en los procesos de formación de sujetos sociales con autonomía crítica. El cuerpo textual se ocupa en su conjunto de las implicaciones del pensamiento crítico en el desarrollo de los procesos académicos y en la formación de una actitud investigativa en el contexto universitario.Palabras Clave: Pensamiento Crítico, Reflexión, Formación Investigativa, Contexto Académico, Deliberación Racional, Universidad.
