Sumario:Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an object of analysis to the issues of corporate action to the communitv. The concepts of CSR are based on the classical theory of ethics and human behavior, however, a variety of concepts and definitions of CSR of modern thinkers who began to research. The true role of corporations in society, after the rising power of corporations in the international context and out of concern of society in their new roles. The purpose of this article is to review the arguments of different authors and propose a classification of concepts in various conceptual lines of thought on CSR: 1. from business strategy as a basis for competitiveness, 2. from ethics and civil rights of stakeholders 3. The political power of enterprises or interference on societv and 4.
