Sumario:From a mark theoretical referencial contributed by Casanova (1986), García Gaudilla (1995) and Martínez of Dueri and others (2002) about the categories research object in superior education and the orientation of the investigation in the post graduate, confronting it with the current proposals in investigation that promote the universities that at the moment offer doctorates in education in the Andean (Bolivia, Colombia, Peru and Venezuela) Region, it arrived to an approach of the investigation in the region and the tendency of the same one. To achieve the abovementioned, it was appealed to the comparative method, to the consent of experts through technical Delphi and to statistical diverse that facilitate an approach of what is the investigation in the programs of graduate degree case specify doctorates in education, which was not very encouraging from the diverse studies carried out in each one of the countries that you/they integrate the Andean Community. In this studies the desvinculation is affirmed between investigation and social and academic development; the lack of politicians that support and stimulate to the investigators and the little diffusion and application of the investigations carried out among other. As for the tendency of the investigation to this formation level, in front of their homologous of other countries of the world, by the light of the new production forms and distribution of the knowledge, you concludes the necessity to create regional spaces common of investigation with the traditional benefits for the region, the institutions, the investigators, the academic and social community.Key Words: Research, Post gradúate, doctorates, integration
