This article analyzes the factors of resilience as an empowering competence of university entrepreneurs in Durango (Mexico) in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research uses a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational methodology, using the survey technique through a 50-item questionnaire, addressed to the 152 university entrepreneurs. From the perspective of the Resilience and Risk Theory (Bernard, 1999) and the Holistic Resilience Theory (Richardson, 2002), the results show that Resilience is a determining factor for University Entrepreneurship. It is concluded that it is an integral binomial where Resilience is the product of behaviors that give university entrepreneurs the opportunity to progress and act under adverse conditions.

El presente artículo analiza los factores de la resiliencia como competencia potenciadora de los emprendedores universitarios en Durango (México) ante la pandemia de Covid-19. La investigación emplea una metodología cuantitativa, descriptiva, transversal y correlacional, utilizándose la técnica de la encuesta mediante un cuestionario de 50 ítems, dirigido a los 152 emprendedores universitarios. Bajo la perspectiva de la Teoría de la Resiliencia y Riesgo (Bernard, 1999) y la Teoría Holística de Resiliencia (Richardson, 2002). Los resultados exponen que la Resiliencia es un factor determinante para el Emprendimiento Universitario. Se concluye que es un binomio integral donde la Resiliencia es producto de conductas que les dan la oportunidad a los emprendedores universitarios de progresar y desenvolverse bajo condiciones adversas.
