Sumario:This article analyzes the factors of resilience as an empowering competence of university entrepreneurs in Durango (Mexico) in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research uses a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational methodology, using the survey technique through a 50-item questionnaire, addressed to the 152 university entrepreneurs. From the perspective of the Resilience and Risk Theory (Bernard, 1999) and the Holistic Resilience Theory (Richardson, 2002), the results show that Resilience is a determining factor for University Entrepreneurship. It is concluded that it is an integral binomial where Resilience is the product of behaviors that give university entrepreneurs the opportunity to progress and act under adverse conditions.
