| Sumario: | This document presents a reflection on the concepts of business and technology. For this, other visions of the company that differ with the neoclassical vision are discussed, which consider the organizational scheme, technological paradigms and organizational learning. It is evident that the neoclassical concepts of business and technology are limited and do not allow understanding the dynamics of firms in market economies. As a result, an alternative conception of technology and business is proposed, as well as a new outlining of the firm. |
