El objetivo del presente artículo fue revisar la literatura relacionada con la cuantificación y estimación de los costos económicos del conflicto armado en Colombia. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de literatura científica sobre documentos cientificos publicados que describieran los costos relacionados con el conflicto armado en Colombia y se hizo un análisis de los costos obtenidos. Los estudios presentados constituyen evidencia relevante con relación a la estimación de costos directos e indirectos, la destrucción de capital físico, humano y de los efectos en el crecimiento del Producto Interno Bruto del conflicto armado.
