| Sumario: | This study analyze the impacts of project “Universidades Estrategicas” under the European Union ALFA III Program. Levels and types of academic cooperation actions are identifyed trough revision and analysis of institutional performance indicators of Higher Education Institutions involved and that have close relation with one of the pillars of European Foreign Policy: Cooperation for Development. Data is collected through interviews to the principal actors in each ot the participating institutions to understang the main external and internal processes that lead institutional mutual cooperation. The latter as the identified impacts after two years of the project was closed. |
