Descripción
Sumario:It is necessary to analyze, among all the efforts made by institutions of higher education in order to reach a level of quality in accordance with the new times, the students’ satisfaction as an indicator for the evaluation of quality. This article is aimed at proposing a theoretical model for evaluating the factors affecting the satisfaction and possible intentions concerning thefuture of potential users. In order to validate this model, we analyzed, through the empirical study solved by the Structural Equation model, three universities (publics and privates) with a total sample of 400 students. The results agreed on a model with statistical validity, whose main result is the identification of a significant causal effect between the students’ perceptions, satisfaction and intentions concerning the future.
