Sumario:This document mainly addresses the motivations present, since the central government, in the launching of the privatization process of the State assets, as is the case with ISAGEN. Furthermore, we will analyze how resources are managed under the structure of FinanceraNacional de Desarrollo (National Development Financier) and the recourses’ implementation without keeping in mind the public works modality. Finally, this article addresses the different alternatives that the government might take into account when financing infrastructure projects without privatizing public strategic enterprises.
