Sumario:In a globalized world it is unthinkable to give priority to the free movement of goods and capital and not to the free mobility of human beings. Skilled migration represents an opportunity to break down boundaries and look for the integration of giver and receiver societies. Scientific networks based on diasporas and circular migration, both supported by the transnational approach, are some of the new tools used by professional migrants trying to mitigate the ghostof brain drain.
