| description | As is well known, the phenomenon of women in prison has had an exponential growth, with the state of Chihuahua having shown the highest growth in the prison population nationwide in past decades; women enter the ranks of crime more and more every day, either because of a lack of job opportunities that allow them to meet the economic needs of their family or because they are influenced and sometimes forced by their partners, in addition to the fact that the issue of the psycho-emotional state presented by the family system due to the family adjustments arising from the mother’s entry into prison and the abandonment of the father has been little studied, together with the inequality that arises in the application of laws and penalties for men and women, the latter being the most affected with little-explored social, emotional and family consequences. This document aims to report part of the results obtained from the research work carried out at the State Social Reintegration Center number 2 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua Mexico. The objective was to confirm whether the reorganization and family restructuring that occurs in these systems causes minors to occupy roles that do not correspond to them, losing their sense of belonging to their peers and presenting behaviors that threaten their emotional and social integrity, emphasizing the emotions, feelings and behaviors presented by mothers, caregivers and minors who are left adrift. Some of the findings were that the families studied generated movements within the system modifying the reorganization and family dynamics and the execution of parental tasks, presenting in specific two-family typologies more frequently. Regarding the effects that occurred, they were related to physical and emotional health, economic and social mainly. |

Como es conocido, el fenómeno de las mujeres en cárcel ha tenido un crecimiento exponencial, siendo el estado de Chihuahua el que presentó en décadas pasadas el mayor crecimiento en la población reclusa a nivel nacional; las mujeres día a día entran más a las filas de la delincuencia ya sea por falta de oportunidades laborales que les permitan satisfacer las necesidades económicas de su familia o bien porque son influenciadas y en ocasiones obligadas por sus parejas, además de que el tema del estado psicoemocional que presentan el sistema familiar por los reacomodos familiares surgidos a partir del ingreso de la madre a prisión y el abandono del padre ha sido poco estudiado, aunado a la desigualdad que se presenta en la aplicación de las leyes y penas para hombres y mujeres siendo las más afectadas estas últimas con consecuencias sociales, emocionales y familiares poco exploradas. En este documento se pretende informar parte de los resultados obtenidos del trabajo de investigación realizado en el Centro de Reinserción Social Estatal número 2 en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México. El objetivo era confirmar si la reorganización y reestructuración familiar que se presenta en estos sistemas hace que los menores ocupen roles que no les corresponden, perdiendo el sentido de pertenencia con sus pares y presentando conductas que atentan contra su integridad emocional y social, haciendo énfasis en las emociones, los sentimientos y los comportamientos que presentan las madres, los/las cuidadoras y los menoresque quedan a la deriva. Algunos de los hallazgos fueron que las familias estudiadas generaron movimientos al interior del sistema modificando la reorganización y dinámica familiar y la ejecución de las tareas parentales, presentándose en específico dos tipologíasfamiliares con mayor frecuencia. Respecto a los efectos que se produjeron, se encontraron relacionadas con la salud física y emocional, económica y social principalmente.
