From the results of the investigation is concluded that the organization must conduct an assessment of culture in order to implement strategies for effective organizational learning process, articulating with the Development Plan (Organizational Strategic Plan), in order to achieve the corporate objectives.

From the results of the investigation is concluded that the organization must conduct an assessment of culture in order to implement strategies for effective organizational learning process, articulating with the Development Plan (Organizational Strategic Plan), in order to achieve the corporate objectives. El presente artículo, hace referencia a una investigación realizada en la Alcaldía de Candelaria (Valle del Cauca), acerca de la relación cultura-aprendizaje organizacional en la implementación de estrategias para alcanzar objetivos institucionales. Para la elaboración del mismo se realizó una revisión de documentos especializados que abordaban las temáticas a relacionar, adicionalmente se aplicó un test a funcionarios de planta con el fin de conocer su percepción en cuanto al aprendizaje organizacional. A partir de los resultados de la investigación, se llegó a la conclusión primaria que la organización debe realizar una evaluación de la cultura con el fin de implementar estrategias para un proceso de aprendizaje organizacional eficaz, articulándose con el Plan de Desarrollo (Plan Estratégico Organizacional), para alcanzar los objetivos institucionales.
