Sumario:This article, refers to an investigation carried out in Candelaria - Valle del Cauca mayoralty, about the relationship between culture and organizational learning and the implementation of strategies to achieve corporate goals, for its preparation was performed a review of specialized documents that address the subjects to relate, additionally a test was applied to public servants in order to know their perception of organizational learning. From the results of the investigation is concluded that the organization must conduct an assessment of culture in order to implement strategies for effective organizational learning process, articulating with the Development Plan (Organizational Strategic Plan), in order to achieve the corporate objectives.
