El presente artículo de investigación, comprende una revisión teórica de la gestión humana con el fin de esclarecer la relación que han tenido las personas, la cultura y el modelo de gestión en las empresas, a partir de este reconocimiento, se analiza cómo interviene el significado que tienen las personas para la organización. De ahí parten una serie de características relevantes sobre el vínculo que establecen, lo cual implica reconocer la influencia de las acciones administrativas en los procesos de desarrollo humano que permiten el crecimiento individual, al mismo tiempo que se gesta el de la compañía.
