description This research article, includes a theoretical review of the human resources management in order to clarify the relationship that the people had, like the culture and the management model in the companies, from this recognition, is analyzed how involved the meaning that people have for the organization. From there is created a series of relevant characteristics of the link that they establish, which involves recognizing the influence of administrative actions in the processes of human development allowing individual growth, at the same time that the company grows.

From there is created a series of relevant characteristics of the link that they establish, which involves recognizing the influence of administrative actions in the processes of human development allowing individual growth, at the same time that the company grows. El presente artículo de investigación, comprende una revisión teórica de la gestión humana con el fin de esclarecer la relación que han tenido las personas, la cultura y el modelo de gestión en las empresas, a partir de este reconocimiento, se analiza cómo interviene el significado que tienen las personas para la organización. De ahí parten una serie de características relevantes sobre el vínculo que establecen, lo cual implica reconocer la influencia de las acciones administrativas en los procesos de desarrollo humano que permiten el crecimiento individual, al mismo tiempo que se gesta el de la compañía.
