La comunicación asertiva al interior de las organizaciones consigue ser una función integradora de los departamentos. Su aplicabilidad racional por parte de los gerentes, conlleva a la acción eficiente en la obtención de objetivos de su dominio, a fin que sean cumplidos dentro de la organización en general. Los entornos organizacionales se deben generar como competencia personal de los gerentes y en el caso de la comunicación asertiva en función a la relación con el colaborador, siendo éstos actores de liderazgo y modelos de imitación. Las prácticas comunicacionales positivas del lenguaje verbal, no verbal y escrito de manera constante, desencadenan actitudes efectivas entre los sujetos que trabajan ya que generan el buen entendimiento de la información, confianza para la libre expresión, razón comunicativa a través de la interpretación de diferentes puntos de vista y consecuentemente, la unión de los sujetos trabajadores hacia la mejora de los procesos.
