Sumario:Assertive communication within organizations gets an integral behavior of departments and their rational use on managers side, it leads to partners efficient actions to objectives achievement and organization objectives achievement. Organizational environments must generate assertive communication as self competence for been used with partners relationship, been those leadership and imitation models. The continuos verbal, non verbal and written language practices, triggers positive actitudes between co-workers, because they made posible good understanding of the information, build speech confidence, communication thoughts inside from different points of view and workers union in process improvement.
