This article identifies and describes the causes and consequences that it has in the organizational climate of companies, specifically in the Human Talent areas. Among the most relevant reasons are leadership, communication and culture; aspects that translate into harmonious relationships, commitment and productivity; The other aspect that is clear in the research is the preponderant role of the human management areas and / or departments in organizations and the preparation required by professionals in these areas to assume the new role of being a strategic business partner and manager of the organizational change.

Históricamente el trabajo en equipo ha constituido una necesidad del hombre para el logro de sus metas, tanto a nivel personal como laboral. Su efectividad depende en gran medida de las relaciones interpersonales, de apoyo y colaboración que se desarrollan entre los miembros del equipo de trabajo, El presente artículo identifica y describe las causas y consecuencias que tiene éste en el clima organizacional de las empresas, específicamente en las áreas de Talento Humano. Entre los motivos más relevantes se evidencian el liderazgo, la comunicación y la cultura; aspectos que se traducen en relaciones armoniosas, compromiso y productividad; el otro aspecto que queda claro en la investigación es el papel preponderante de las áreas y/o departamentos de gestión humana en las organizaciones y la preparación que requieren los profesionales de dichas áreas para asumir el nuevo rol de ser socio estratégico del negocio y gestor del cambio organizacional.
