Sumario: | Historically, teamwork has been a necessity of man to achieve his goals, both personally and at work. Its effectiveness depends to a large extent on the interpersonal, supportive and collaborative relationships that develop between the members of the work team. This article identifies and describes the causes and consequences that it has in the organizational climate of companies, specifically in the Human Talent areas. Among the most relevant reasons are leadership, communication and culture; aspects that translate into harmonious relationships, commitment and productivity; The other aspect that is clear in the research is the preponderant role of the human management areas and / or departments in organizations and the preparation required by professionals in these areas to assume the new role of being a strategic business partner and manager of the organizational change.
