| description | The systematization of experiences is a necessity that accompanies the implementation of educational strategies. The University has carried out the systematization of the experiences of the projects that the Family and Life Institute executed in the years 2007 to 2014, in order to carry out a review to identify if the academic practices of the projects that the Institute carried out contributed to the fulfillment of its institutional mission and the processes of training, research and social projection. All this with the intention that the University impact society with its graduates. Therefore, the systematization of the experiences at the Institute allowed for an investigative triangulation, since it was possible to do: documentary reviews of the projects, interviews with some of their protagonists and confrontation in the light of the pertinent theory for the study. Desde la Universidad ha realizado la sistematización de las experiencias de los proyectos que ejecutó el Instituto Familia y vida en los años 2007 al 2014, con el fin de hacer una revisión para lograr identificar si las prácticas académicas de los proyectos que realizó el Instituto aportaban al cumplimiento de su misión institucional y a los procesos de formación, investigación y proyección social. Todo esto con la intención de que la Universidad impacte con sus egresados a la sociedad. Por ello, la sistematización de las experiencias en el Instituto permitió hacer una triangulación investigativa, pues se logró hacer: revisiones documentales de los proyectos, entrevistas a algunos de sus protagonistas y confrontación a la luz de la teoría pertinente para el estudio.
