Sumario:In today's pressurized globalized world, companies must meet stringent competitiveness standards. Productivity is also associated with the adaptation and innovation that makes sustainability and growth within a specific sector possible, so organizational development occupies a key place within the business exercise, because the knowledge and skills that the company has to face the challenges of the environment are the only strategy of success. This article aims to highlight the importance of organizational learning as a mechanism that favors the achievement of organizational objectives, from a theoretical review; when this concept has been understood and cultivated, Peter Senge's systemic thinking, may arise. Strengthening human talent in the organization is critical because it impacts the final results.
