In this order of ideas, it will be considered how human development leads to thinking about the concept of need beyond the lack, at the moment that it invites to make a return to the processes of autonomy and subjectivity with the communities, looking at how critical pedagogy to Through the word act, it becomes one of the operators of such an exercise, which happens by making it of the word, acts of coherence with what happens in everyday environments, where the logic is to build communities from the bottom up and not the other way. For this reason, said exercise of human development that rescues community autonomies with the accompaniment of the pedagogical, facing the moment of the peace process and particularly the post-conflict, calls for a return to the community, such as those unique processes of weaving proposals coming from the everyday, the local, that generated from the logics of feeling, restore communities that build their own destinies, where there is no place for rational logics that only measure the impact of scientific technological progress, where the meaning of having an existence in freedom and mutual coexistence of the human with nature, which perhaps forces to deconstruct ways of thinking where the word is in coherence with what is said and done.

El presente ejercicio reflexivo y crítico es expresión del proyecto de investigación que se viene adelantando: Enfoque pedagógico del desarrollo humano para la ciudadanía crítica-activa y la noviolencia en las organizaciones comunitarias de zona de ladera, de la ciudad de Santiago de Cali, el cual busca tejer desde un diálogo con los diversos saberes comunitarios, una propuesta pedagógica que acompañe a fundamentar ética y políticamente gobernabilidades que desde el desarrollo humano tenga como preocupación la dignificación de la vida. En este orden de ideas se planteará como el desarrollo humano lleva a pensarse el concepto de necesidad más allá de la carencia, en el momento que invita a realizar un retorno a los procesos de autonomía y subjetividad con la comunidades, mirando como la pedagogía crítica a través de la palabra acto, se constituye en una de las operadoras de tal ejercicio, que pasa por hacerla de la palabra, actos de coherencia con lo que acontece en los ámbitos cotidianos, donde las lógicas son el construir comunidades de abajo hacia arriba y no a la inversa. Por ello dicho ejercicio del desarrollo humano que rescate las autonomías comunitarias con el acompañamiento de lo pedagógico, puestas de cara al momento del proceso de paz y particularmente al posconflicto hace un llamado del retorno a lo comunitario, como aquellos procesos singulares de tejer propuestas venidas de lo cotidiano, de lo local, que generadas desde lógicas del sentir, restituyan comunidades constructoras de sus propios destinos, donde no tengan cabida lógicas racionales que sólo miden el impacto del avance tecnológico científico, donde se olvida el sentido de tener una existencia en libertad y convivencia mutua de lo humano con la naturaleza, lo cual quizás obligue a deconstruir formas de pensar donde la palabra este en coherencia con lo que se dice y de hace.
