To solve this problem, some studies propose in the future, strengthening the financing of these centers through a public policy that encourages the creation of a comprehensive management system. It is then worth asking: Is a comprehensive management system the most appropriate means to strengthen the Technological Development and Productivity Centers? The present article aims to analyze the public policy to support the centers of technological development and productivity in Colombia to answer this question. To carry out this document, a bibliographic review was made with a scientific database, with which a theoretical framework and a comprehension model were built that would allow the analysis of the answer to the research question. |

La situación de los Centros de Desarrollo Tecnológico (CDTs) en Colombia es muy heterogénea. Asimismo, se afirma que el nivel tecnológico y la rentabilidad de las actividades de las CDTs es bastante bajo, aunque se presentan algunas excepciones. Por tanto, es necesario abordar con urgencia este problema creando una política clara y asociada a los procesos de globalización internacional. Para solucionar este problema, algunos estudios proponen a futuro, fortalecer la financiación de estos centros por medio de una política pública que fomente la creación de un sistema integral de gestión. Cabe entonces preguntarse: ¿Es un sistema integral de gestión el medio más adecuado para fortalecer los Centros de Desarrollo Tecnológico y de Productividad? El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la política pública de apoyo a los centros de desarrollo tecnológico y productividad en Colombia para responder a esta pregunta. Para realizar este documento se hizo una revisión bibliográfica con base de datos científica, con la cual se construyó un marco teórico y un modelo de comprensión que permitiera analizar la respuesta a la pregunta de investigación.
