description | The present document tams to analyze the different aspects that are related to the education of young people in Colombia, as well as an analysis of the conception of the State and modern capitalism in the application of influential proposals in the formation. It also collects the epistemological thought of some researchers of the subject who have focused on the concern for the structural failures of the educations system and the possible reforms that must be proposed within the system to make it more competitive, before the phenomenon of globalization and more equitable in social terms. The criticism that is made to the education system in Colombia is not to delegitimize it, on the contrary, it is to find its failings and its strengths in favor of a construction in the thought of the political and academic reform of the country. This document only summarizes the critical and most important factors that underlie the social policy of education, as well as formulates essential approaches to equate the problems of education under different concepts. |

El presente documento pretende analizar los diferentes aspectos que se relacionan con la educación de los jóvenes en Colombia, así como un análisis de la concepción del Estado y el capitalismo moderno en la aplicación de propuestas influyentes en la formación. Recoge además el pensamiento epistemológico de algunos investigadores del tema que se han centrado en la preocupación por las fallas estructurales del sistema de educación y las posibles reformas que se deben plantear dentro del sistema para hacerlo más competitivo, ante el fenómeno de la globalización y más equitativo en términos sociales. La crítica que se le hace al sistema de educación en Colombia no es para deslegitimarlo, todo lo contrario, es para encontrar sus falencias y sus fortalezas en pro de una construcción en el pensamiento de la reforma política y académica del país. Este documento solo resume los factores críticos y más importantes que subyacen dentro la política social de educación, así como formula planteamientos esenciales para equiparar las problemáticas de la educación bajo diferentes conceptos.
