El Clima Organizacional comprende el conjunto de propiedades medibles en un ambiente laboral, percibidas por sus empleados; que son importantes para las organizaciones para establecer el impacto o resultado en la misma; el clima organizacional en la IPS de Pereira Risaralda no es satisfactorio, debido a que análisis realizados a la IPS el personal considera que las autoridades no contribuyen en la realización personal y profesional, así como no existe retribución por parte de las autoridades a sus actividades laborales además de la inexistencia del reconocimiento por el buen desempeño, en general manifiestan una percepción no satisfactoria del clima laboral y la motivación, que implica a las variables y sus dimensiones, así pues, se hace necesario mencionar la importancia de los factores motivacionales y del clima laboral que le competen directamente al área de Talento Humano de la institución y a los Directivos supervisores, ya que es una función que todas las instituciones deben implementar actualmente.
