Desde la psicología organizacional se abordarán los conceptos de significado de trabajo e identidad profesional con el fin de contrastar estos apartados teóricos desde la visión de un sujeto reinsertado. Para comprender el significado del trabajo y reconocer la identidad profesional del sujeto se realizará una investigación de orden cualitativo y descriptivo. Se realizará un estudio de caso, mediante una entrevista semi estructurada, la cual permitirá dar cuenta de estos aspectos a través de lo que el sujeto manifieste. Esta revisión permitirá dar cuenta de cómo se ha gestado en el excombatiente el sentido del trabajo y qué transformaciones se han develado en su proceso de reintegración a la sociedad civil.
