Sumario:For the present work, labor reintegration will be addressed in a particular context of a former combatant subject of the FARC-EP. From the organizational psychology the concepts of work meaning and professional identity will be approached in order to contrast these theoretical sections from the vision of a reinserted subject. To understand the meaning of the work and recognize the professional identity of the subject, a qualitative and descriptive investigation will be carried out. A case study will be carried out, through an unstructured interview, which will allow to account for these aspects through what the subject manifests. This review will give an account of how the sense of work has developed in the ex-combatant and what transformations have been revealed in its process of reintegration into civil society
