The result was the construction of a theoretical framework that identifies the relationship between the concepts of technology transfer and knowledge management in universities and companies. |

It is then worth asking: what is the relationship between the concept of technology transfer and the concept of knowledge management? The objective of this review is the study of the technology transfer and knowledge management terms. To accomplish this, several publications in the scientific database that addresses the topics of study were reviewed. The result was the construction of a theoretical framework that identifies the relationship between the concepts of technology transfer and knowledge management in universities and companies. Según varios autores, la trasferencia tecnológica ha crecido significativamente. Lo que implica un mayor énfasis en la producción de conocimiento y gestión. Además, la importancia que hoy adquiere la gestión del conocimiento permite identificar que este tiene un valor importante para el proceso de transferencia tecnológica. Cabe preguntarse: ¿cuál es la relación entre el concepto de transferencia tecnológica y el concepto de gestión del conocimiento? El objetivo de esta revisión es el estudio de los términos trasferencia tecnológica y gestión del conocimiento. Para ello, se revisaron diversas publicaciones en la base de datos científica que aborda los temas de estudio. El resultado fue la construcción de un marco teórico referencial que permite identificar la relación entre los conceptos de trasferencia tecnológica y gestión del conocimiento en las universidades y las empresas.
