Sumario:According to several authors, technology transfer has grown significantly. Which implies a greater emphasis on the production and management of knowledge. In addition, the importance that knowledge management today acquires, makes it possible to identify that it has an important value for the technology transfer process. It is then worth asking: what is the relationship between the concept of technology transfer and the concept of knowledge management? The objective of this review is the study of the technology transfer and knowledge management terms. To accomplish this, several publications in the scientific database that addresses the topics of study were reviewed. The result was the construction of a theoretical framework that identifies the relationship between the concepts of technology transfer and knowledge management in universities and companies.
