El artículo se propone develar algunas de las paradojas resultantes de la nueva Constitución boliviana, especialmente las que se derivan a) de la destitución de la división tradicional entre pluralismo fuerte y pluralismo débil, b) de la duplicidad de poderes que supone el ejercicio de una ciudadanía indígena que se expresa a nivel individual y comunitario y c) de la posibilidad de alterar el funcionamiento del Estado como medio privilegiado de realización del capital económico y de los tradicionales intereses privados.mas).
