Este texto comenta y analiza los artículos presentados en la pasada edición, que desde enfoques analíticos diversos apuntan a proyectar una imagen de cómo se viene configurando un histórico complejo de seguridad en la región. El autor considera que dichos trabajos contribuyen de forma audaz y concreta a dar respuesta a las interrogantes académicas que surgen ante la emergencia de nuevas estructuras y problemas generados por el cambio en la dinámica del multilateralismo y bilateralismo que constituyen la base del nuevo regionalismo sudamericano.
