Given the general nature of these results, we are interested in reflecting, theoretically, on the assumptions underlying of observing organizations (their conditions of possibility). To that end, we present three case studies of organizations dedicated to dealing with social problems. On the basis of these studies, we go on to analyze modes of observation tied to the evaluation of the organization-social problem relation. Finally, based on social systems theory (Luhmann), we propose a different way of analyzing and conceptualizing the relation mentioned. |

Este trabajo indaga teóricamente acerca de las relaciones entre organizaciones y problemas sociales (problemas de la sociedad). Una observación constante en los estudios sociológicos sobre la materia ha sido la distorsión entre fines y acciones organizacionales. Es decir, las organizaciones en su actividad y operación dejan de lado la finalidad (resolución de la problemática) para la que habían sido constituidas bajo criterios de auto-reproducción. Dada la generalidad de estos resultados, nos interesamos por reflexionar teóricamente sobre los supuestos que se encuentran detrás de este modo de observar a las organizaciones (sus condiciones de posibilidad). Con este fin, presentamos tres estudios de caso de organizaciones dedicadas al tratamiento de problemas sociales. A partir de estos procedemos a analizar los modos de observación que están vinculados a la evaluación de la relación organización-problema social. Finalmente, desde la teoría de los sistemas sociales (Luhmann), proponemos una forma diferente de analizar y conceptualizar la mencionada relación.
